Transaction Positions Marina for Long-Term Investment, Service Enhancements, and Regional Growth
Norris Lake, TN — September 30, 2025 — Yonah Capital, Ltd. Co., a private investment firm focused on hospitality, marina, and recreational assets across the Southeast, today announced the acquisition of Blue Springs Marina, a full-service marina located on Norris Lake in East Tennessee.
The acquisition closed on September 30, 2025, and represents Yonah Capital’s continued investment in premier waterfront destinations that serve both local communities and visiting boaters throughout the Tennessee Valley region.
Blue Springs Marina is well-known for its protected cove location, convenient access to Norris Lake, and long-standing relationships with slipholders, boaters, and regional partners. The marina will continue operating under the Blue Springs Marina name, with no immediate changes to day-to-day operations.
