Wesley Dowdy has twenty years of experience in the hotel business. Starting in the sales department at a local hotel, Wesley worked his way up through the ranks of select-service operations to full-service executive leadership. From there, Wesley took on regional roles overseeing the Southeast for Premier Hotel Corporation. After leaving Premier and starting his hospitality consulting firm, he merged with Duke Hospitality. Although his tenure with Duke was focused on operational oversight, he quickly saw the opportunity to take the platform to a new level by repositioning the company as an investment vehicle responsible for deal sourcing, investor relations, fundraising, and financing. After the COVID pandemic, Wesley saw an opportunity to focus solely on Sponsorship opportunities through which he could drive long-term value and enhanced returns for investors.
Ashley has 20 years of experience working with and consulting in the hospitality, commercial and multi-family industries. Working with real estate organization such as Camden, Equity Residential, Drucker & Falk & Kettler Management. Ashley got her start in an entry level position as a leasing consulting, she identified a need for better corporation and communication between suppliers and REITs. This resulted in her first client and her continued education in project management and process engineering (Six Sigma). Ashley’s experience in developing strategic partnerships and creating operational efficiencies has resulted in REITs saving hundreds of millions of dollars annually.
Ashley holds dual undergraduate degrees in marketing and accounting from Kennesaw State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
